Note:  A total of 118 individuals were involved in 5 or more incidents requiring physical intervention which represents at a minimum 590 physical interventions.  Of the overall total number of incidents requiring physical intervention (3379) reported, at least 18% (or more) were the result of 118 individuals in the overall daily population of all reporting organizations.

 The survey results should not be taken as scientific data.  Rather, the results are responses from schools and agencies that have a data collection process and that took the time to respond.  Many schools and agencies do not collect the aggregate data that allows for easy response.
