The 2013 SCM Instructor Recertification Program continues our mission of providing best practice training with the goal of enhancing instructor competency.  The program will open with an interactive SCM online learning activity, which will provide an overall review of the SCM curriculum.  We will then follow with current curriculum changes and updates including any new and adjusted legislation, staff responsibilities when abuse is suspected, discussions on bullying behaviors and learning how to defuse the “highly volatile situation”.  In addition, there will be an emergency safety physical intervention video scoring exercise to test rater reliability.  As always, participants will complete both the written and emergency safety physical intervention assessment.  So don’t let your SCM Instructor Certification run out!  Come join us at one of our Recertification programs near you!
