Continuing Education Information
The Safe Crisis Management curriculum is approved for continuing education credits under the following organizations.
- National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC)
35 credits SCM Certification
14 credits SCM Recertification
18 credits SCM Staff Training (Instructor must be Master’s Level)
JKM Training, Inc. is an NBCC-Approved Continuing Education Provider and may offer NBCC approved clock hours for events that meet NBCC requirements. The ACEP solely is responsible for all aspects of the program. - Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Marriage & Family Therapists and Professional Counselors

- Safe Crisis Management Instructor Recertification Training – JKM1254 (14 hours)
- Safe Crisis Management for the Autism Spectrum Disorder – JKM1255 (2 hours Autism content, plus 3 hours Assessment content, plus 2 hours of Crisis Intervention content for a total of 7 hours)
